A Cry for Help

Admitting that you have a problem is the first step to solving it. My problem is that I don’t have enough time to finish the cabinet and paint the walls before the new cabinets get put in. Work has become a 12 hour day, and I’m going out of town for a long weekend. I have no free time to toil over home repairs. It’s time to throw money at the problem and hire someone to finish up. Sand and wax the cabinet, chisel and joint compound where it meets the wall, and repaint the walls and ceiling. And, if possible, take out that pesky towel holder. I could tack this on to my super’s duties, but he hasn’t shown up to do the floors yet. I’m hiring a friend of a friend who helped fix up my old apartment before I left. The peace of mind is worth it.
